Panchamanca at the top of the world
We stopped for lunch at a restaurant owned by a member of the church. The little girl is a YW in the branch there. We had Panchamanca which is a Peruvian dish cooked in the ground over hot rocks. It is sweet potatoes, beef or lamb, with this maize that tastes alot like tamales. It was very delicious. The whole family works together at this restaurant on the highway.
